We are back in the small town and are very excited to visit the schools and especially to see ”our children” again.
We also visit the two Pre-Schools, Happy Home and Ntshuxekani, and the local church. Here we get to know the priest Joseph and his wife Margareth, they serve meals to 70 orphans twice a day, two extremely kind people.
After visiting all ten at their schools we got to see Zandile’s home. She lives with her grandmother, an aunt and some cousins, and Zandile and her grandmother share a very small bedroom with only one bed.
Yet again these were days with many impressions and an even stronger urge to help!
On the plane going home we decided, amongst other things, to bore for water so that 2 schools and the church could get enough water to water a vegetable garden.
